I don’t really understand why low level monsters can’t run away from a super powerful munchkin. I mean, if we can run away from super powerful monsters, they should be given the same chance to run away from us, right? Watching a player, decked out with high octane magical weapons and armour drop a level one weenie of a monster to win the game is laaaaaaaaaame. My suggestion: thin out the lower level guys (4 and under) and make it so if your total power is greater than the monster you’re facing by more than five, roll a dice so they at least get a chance to run away….and make it so if you’re more than 10 levels above a monster they just run and you don’t get to pursue. I think it makes for a more interesting game.
